Epok is seeking a Senior Consultant to support post-sales engineering in the public sector area. The individual will focus on providing services centering around the Epok ISE solution and will work closely with Epok’s customers, sales team, and other Epok Professional Services staff. A Top Secret clearance with polygraph is required.
We have an opening for an experienced applications implementation consultant who will participate in full life cycle implementations of the Epok ISE solution as a team leader or a key member of a project team. The individual will provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Services include identifying needs, developing, influencing and implementing proposals. Able to lead, support and participate on project teams.
Job duties are varied and complex; requiring independent judgment, a BS or BA in related fields, and a minimum of 7 years overall experience. The ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients is also very important.
The ideal candidate will possess a high-energy, positive attitude and the ability to work with both senior level executives and senior level technical personnel. The individual must have some Enterprise IT background to support architecture efforts as well as deployment. Experience in Identity Management, SSO solutions, portals, and SOA is a plus.

Analyze customers' business and technical environment to identify opportunities for Epok products and services

Understand and analyze customers' business and technical requirements

Analyze and articulate architecture & design approaches

Provide technical leadership and coordination in development and integration effort

Mentor customers' staff on product/technology expertise, and implementation best practices

Install, configure, and integrate Epok software.

Develop and maintain a thorough functional and technical knowledge of Epok solutions and technology

Provide pre-sales technical assistance

Assist in the detailed technical qualification of customer prospects

Provide technical expertise and leadership for written proposals, phone calls, technical briefings, demonstrations, etc.

Security Clearance: Top Secret, polygraph

Must have background in identity, security solutions

Strong technical skills, with working knowledge of Linux, Web technologies, Java/J2EE, Identity Management, Directory Services (LDAP and AD), XML, Web Services, and distributed and integration architectures

Proven success in design and implementation of complex enterprise applications

Proven ability to work in cross-functional team environment with internal and external groups required

Desire/ability to work in a fast- paced and constantly changing start up environment
